Golden Time

"Golden Time" is a very important part of Ranvilles Junior School's week. It offers all children the opportunity to participate in an activity of their choice providing they haven't lost any Golden Time throughout that week.

The range of activities are dance, singing, football, outdoor games, art and craft and lots more besides.

Singing is very popular! The songs flood through the school....Mamma Mia is one of our most popular soundtracks!	Getting creative in Art and Craft. Boys and girls enjoy lots of arty activities. They've created many items, including pop-up cards, pom pom bugs and penguins and hama beading	The finished items!
Football is a must for a Friday! There are usually at least two football games being played on the field. All year groupd participate and it's fantastic to see both the girls and boys enjoying their Friday afternoon!	"Chill out" with a DS and a bit of Brain training?Children are allowed to bring in DS's or other small toys and games to share during Chill Out. All toys are kept safely within the office to prevent any accidental losses etc.	This is Mr Proctor one of our Governors. He comes in on a Friday for various meetings but hands out our Headteacher stickers at the end of the day. Mr Proctor has a very unusual way of presenting the stickers.......he asks the children if they'd like their sticker in a silly, sensible or handy place!
